guatemala part 3a – volcano hike

Guatemala is a beautiful country that has at least 37 volcanoes! On one of rest days we had the opportunity to hike Pacaya. The path itself was easy to follow, but it was a challenging, steep climb. The locals followed us for quite some time hoping to get a passenger for their horses. More Pacaya pics in the next post. Thanks for stopping by.

one more montana moment

You can almost hear the rich, sweeping power and, melodies of a symphonic orchestra accompanying this moment.

Hope you are enjoying these Montana moments…I have just a few more to go. Have a great week everyone!

a winter ride

This week we had a couple of days above freezing so the roads cleared up enough to go on my first bike ride of 2014. Passed this scene on my way home. Looking forward to warmer days!

Horses

There is a beautiful estate/ranch not far from my home that I pass when taking my bicycle ride. The property has beautiful stables, a large mansion, and lots of horses.
