So, I post this with a bit of sadness. A few weeks ago I had a meeting with a peacock. You read that correctly: a peacock. The good news is that no birds were harmed while riding my Scout Sixty. The bad news is that my motorcycle and I had a close encounter with the road of the worst kind. We are both fine and, hopefully, repairs won’t take too long.

Repairs to the bike, or you? Ouch. Glad it wasn’t serious.
Gnarly scape on my left arm and a little scraped on my left knee. All healed now. Bike needs new gas tank, handlebars, etc. Could have been much worse.
