Welcome to the great, wide, wonderful, ridiculously frigid Polar Vortex of 2019! Thought I would venture out into the eye of the vortex and see what it was like.
Well… wind chill temps were around -30 making both holding a camera and pressing the shutter button a challenge.
Still, I was glad to get out and capture a few images and, even happier to get back home! Wherever you are, I hope it’s warmer than it is here! Thanks for stopping by!

Great photos, as usual. The last one is especially beautiful. The first one actually reminds me of Germany. Lots of similar-looking fields and wind turbines here as well. You should come over and take a few pictures!
