This could serve as a companion image to my previous post. It was fun to see the seagulls enjoying the sunset.

In this image you can see the Huntington Harbor Lighthouse, dating back to 1912. Up close it looks like a small castle.

Looking ahead at all those sail boats in the harbor I was suddenly very grateful that I was not responsible to navigate us through that obstacle course!!

I am back home in New York visiting my family. Always glad to be able to head back to the shore.

These are taken at Robert Moses State Park.

The Robert Moses Causeway is named after the urban master builder, Robert Moses, who is responsible for much of what life looks like in New York: highways, suburbs and, state parks.

A colorful shore for this post. It’s hard to put into words how much I miss the shore and, how peaceful it is for me to be there. Looking forward to my next visit.
